Klewin Southeast, Inc. is a privately held corporation, founded in 1995, that provides construction management, design/build, total program management, general contracting and owner representative services throughout the State of Florida. Since its incorporation, C.R. Klewin Southeast has grown from a small organization to a nationally recognized leader in the construction industry with a successful history of repeat clients. C.R. Klewin Southeast offers School Districts, Community Colleges, Universities, Private Schools and Municipalities in the State of Florida, a unique organization formulated explicitly for major construction projects requiring tight deadlines, adherence to safety, planning and quality control. We can offer as part of our services, professional architects and engineers on staff who have specialized in the programming, planning and construction of major projects throughout the state. At the helm of C.R. Klewin Southeast is our President, Jack Ullrich who is responsible for all aspects of company operations. Jack has more than thirty five years experience in the construction industry and is a licensed general contractor in the State of Florida. C.R. Klewin also offers a management philosophy, which incorporates our commitment for the continuous participation of top management throughout the pre-construction and construction services. This assures our clients direct access for expeditious decision-making and the unqualified commitment of all assets of the C.R. Klewin to ensure the success of the construction. Since 1997, C.R. Klewin has completed over $600 million in Construction Projects resulting in over 3 million square feet of building. C.R. Klewin Southeast maintains offices in West Palm Beach and Port St. Lucie, Florida.
